I came to Philippines 2 weeks ago in manila to meet this man he make a deal with me to sale used i phones,i stay there for two days and he did not had the stock with him, he promise to send me once he receive the stock with 30% advance payment and rest after the delivery. so after few days he show me fake pictures of stock and ask me to send money so i send the money,then he send me the fake receipts of DHL,( which i already have confirmed with dhl that the tracking number he sent was fake and he make a fake paper of dhl).
I am attaching the receipts of money send from western Union to delfin jr manalo bay. and the fake invoices and his ID card, also i will mention his address and mobile numbers,
I hope you will help me to locate this man and recover my money

Last June 23, 2014, at around 10:30am,I just alighted from a jeepney and while walking along Taft Avenue towards P. Paura (near Mercury Drug and Land Bank), suddenly a man tagged the lobes of my ears and in less than a minute, my earrings were taken way by a thin dark man who suddenly disappeared. There were a lot of people but the cuprit had the gut to execute his daring act. There was no policeman in sight. I went to the Police Station in UN Avenue to report the incident but unfortunately it was transferred daw in Luneta according to the bystanders. I hope police will be detailed in the area as the criminals now are so daring.
That certain PO1 Alano, detailed in Station 5, cor. Pedro Gil and Roxas Blvd, is very absurd. He unscrupulously asked for the driver’s license of a girl who happened to slow down because she saw a detour sign. Upon slowing down, PO1 Alano flashes lights towards the face of the driver. Instinctively and out of respect to the police officer, she drives towards Mr. Alano, who happens to standing near the station, to ascertain what he wants her to do, only to find out that by driving towards him, he will commit a violation of violating one-way street. Isn’t it absurd?? How could she be violating when she was merely moving towards that PO1 Alano to clarify why he was flashing lights to her face. That PO1 should be more considerate that he has no power to haphazardly take the driver’s license of my friend. The girl has no intention to violate any traffic law by moving towards that crook. I think PO1 Alano must be educated that the law must not be interpreted in accordance with the letters that kill it, but in accordance with the spirit that gives it life. I have regard for the Manila’s Finest. I don’t think PO1 Alano have the right to be called one of them.
