   I’d like to speak with somebody about traffic officer Francisco. This is in regard to a collision with a tricycle driver on Wednesday the 4th of October. I believe this officer is corrupt the tricycle was in clear violation with no lights indicators stopping erratically to pick up a passenger in front of me. He never left the road but remained in the right hand lane causing me to swerve to avoid him but scraped along the side of his tricycle. I was the one who called the police the tryicle driver pleaded with me not to do so as he had a family an didnt own the tricycle onky rents it. I was threatened with prison he confiscated my driving licence an threatened to take my passport if I did not agree to pay the tricycle driver 8.500 php. To which I had no alternative but to sign.
