Robert Jennings, 52 year old mixed American foreigner has been staying at Purok 1, Catoogan, Trinidad, Bohol 6324 Philippines, for 3 months. He may have overstayed his authorized VISA stay. He has been in relationships with two cousins within the same family, one possibly underage. As of today, he has yet to register within the barangay. He is operating as a money lender in the Phillipines, possibly as an illegal loan shark. He is armed with an unregistered gun. This man’s purpose in the Barangay and with the family should be investigated.
