   I am writing this comment from Spain. My name is Cristóbal Torres Fernández, and I would like to report an individual named Oliver D. Arao. His phone number is +639454820473, and he resides in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan Valley, 3500, Philippines.
   I only have this information and his PayPal email, which is oliverwizzz1127@gmail.com.

   This person has stolen €300 from me through PayPal for a job that was never completed. I have all the conversations and screenshots that I can provide without any problem for your investigation and to find a solution. I kindly ask for your cooperation as this person, who has always responded to the name Jessem, is impersonating someone else. He also has a Facebook profile named Data Analytica Scopus, and he might be scamming more people.

   If you need further collaboration or information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Let us not allow these types of individuals to scam honest, innocent, and hardworking people.
