Good morning sa ating mga kuya at ate sa bocaue police station, Gusto ko lng po malaman kung talaga hindi nilalagay sa tvr na issue ng ating police kapag may na impound na motor in violation of student driving. Nahuli po kasi tao ko dahil student permit lng dala. Alam ko naman po impoundable offense yun dahil student permit lng dala is considered unlicensed not unless accompanied by a licensed driver. Pero sa tvr not indicated na impounded ang mc. Just for clarification lang po. Thank you
