What actually happened:
Noong pagkalabas ko ng Executive Optical (2nd Floor) ng Market! Market!, mayroong dalawang tao na tuambi sa akin. Naglaro rin po ako ng cellphone ko nang kaunti at saka inilagay ko po iyon sa bulsa ko, kung saan rin yung power bank ko. Hindi ko na po namalayan ang nangyari. Naisipan naming pumunta muna ng TZ Active doon sa 4th floor ng nasabing mall at nagbilyaran kami. Pagkatapos ng laro namin, hinahanap-hanap ko na po yung cellphone na nandoon lang sana sa bulsa ko ngunit napansin namin po na wala na iyong cellphone ko at tanging power bank na lang ang nandoon. Mula noon, nagbakasakali kami na naipatong lang po iyon kung saan, kaya nagtanong kami doon sa crew ng TZ Active kung naipatong ko lang kung saan, at ganoon rin po yung ginawa ko sa Executive Optical. Sa kasamaang palad po, wala silang nakitang cellphone na ganoon. Bukod pa doon, tinawagan ng daddy ko yung cellphone ko sa parehong Sun at Globe numbers ko. Kaya lang, “cannot be reached” or “unattended” po yung numbers na iyon. Doon po kami naghinala na may nagdukot noon.

Actually this is the 3rd time na may kumuha ng kandado ko sa pinto at gustong pasukin ang aming bahay. Sa araw araw na kami ay napasok sa work ako po ay kinakabahan kasi baka pagbalik ko ng aming bahay ay tuluyan ng mapasok ito at makuha lahat ng mahahalang bagay sa loob. noong year 2007 nanakawan na rin kami ng cellphone at na report namin ito sa barangay. Pero until now wala kaming idea kung sino ang kumuha nito. Actually marami na po akong naririning sa aming mga kapit bahay na ngayon buwan na ito sunod sunod ang nakawan sa aming lugar. nagpapabalik balik lang ang magnanakaw. Sana po ay matulungan nyo po ang aming cummunity na mahuli ang salarin na ito.

Im not sure how to explain this but there are a couple of security guards (in white uniforms) patrolling the street corner about 100 meters from the building i’m staying in. Now, i am on the 28th floor yet i keep hearing these guards whistles day in and day out, all day long! Im not really sure what the whistling is for and perhaps i’m sensitive but why do they have to blow that whistle all day long creating lots of unnecessary noise.
If i get disturbed this high up and almost 100 meters away, i’m sure there are plenty of others being bothered by this as well. I can see the guards from my window and they blow that whistle every time a car drives by (almost as if the car needs the whistle blowing in order to function).
The particular area where these guards are stationed is not congested. Even though, they will blow the whistle all the time, when cars are driving by or when as well as when the street is completely empty. Im starting to think they are communicating with each other, talking about last nights basket ball game or perhaps what they’re planning to do after work, since they are using the whistle pretty much all the time!
I haven’t seen this before so don’t really know how to handle it. Frankly speaking, lots of unnecessary noise in the middle of a commercial/residential neighborhood, what’s going on??? Would appreciate your comments on this. Also, is there any disciplinary department i can contact in order to file a complaint?

I hope you can solve noise pollution problems (e.g. Karaoke from midnight ’till dawn) here in Central Signal Village, particularly in Zone 3 Cabasaan street. Weekends are always hellish which affect a lot of employees who live here and have to wake up early to work and contribute to the society. I hope our hard-earned taxes are well spent especially to those who keep the public order and safety. I have called the baranggay office (659 6337) a lot of times from 10:30-11:00 today, January 25,2015, but it just rang futilely. I reached 642-1261, Gonzalo Brusolo Radcom post office city hall and promised to get someone to stop the karaoke, but no one from the government arrived.

Hi Juliet. I have a similar complaint about the community on the other side of the wall of Acacia Estates along Cayetano Ave. I called the Southern Police District Station 6 and they said they’d contact the barangay officials and go over there. If nothing happens within the next half hour I’m going to call again. As a long term solution I think we residents should lobby our LGU to pass a noise pollution ordinance similar to that of Makati’s:

Parang wala naman pong nasagot tungkol sa inquiry ng videoke noises. Malaking istorbo na po talaga ito lalo na po sa mga pumapasok ng maaga. People are insensitive of their neighbors. I mean, we are not restricting them to have their celebration, but all we are asking is for them to have consideration and for authorities to act on this. The post is already 2 years ago and still there is no action. Hoping, still hoping, somebody will take a look at this concern.

To whom it may concern ……. I am enquiring about a female friend . Her name is Maribeth Fortojeto. She tells me she was arrested for shoplifting a few days ago. She was requesting I send her 10,000 pesos to pay her fine. I would appreciate any information about her case. And also I am not familiar with Philippine laws and procedures. First , I would like to know if she is being charged because I suspect she has scammed me in the past. Second , if she is going to jail , will she be allowed any outside contact in any way. Can she receive visitors ? Will she be allowed to notify outsiders , ME or others , where she is so we can find her? Thirdly , can her freedom be acquired at any time by paying the/a fine or is it too late once she has been admitted? Lastly , and on a different subject . I have read she was accused of stealing some earrings and they were not found on her person . I am suggesting she would have returned them if it was what was keeping her from her freedom. I am further suggesting that someone else took them and put the blame on her.
Unfortunately very many emergencies and catastrophes seem to fill her life. This may be just another one of her lies to me , if you don’t find evidence of her in your system . Thankyou for your consideration and any time you spend on this issue on her and my account.
It has been now a few years since I have met this person and it appears she is a marriage scammer. I have been aware for some time that she has been taking me for all that she could. I had given her opportunities to redeem herself yet she was content to continue to take all that she could.
I don’t expect there is much else on the internet to be found concerning this person. She has done well to cover her misdeeds and it was not possible to find any evidence. The main thing I could find was that her email IP address showed her to be nearer to Singapore and not near the Philippines at all.
I post this now, as a warning to any others who might encounter this person. Her full name given, is Maribeth Mapili Fortojeto. Good luck to you.

Stealing/robbery incident happened to us between 12:00 midnight – 2:30 AM. My brother’s wallet & Samsung iPhone, my Apple iPad at Nokia cellphone ng anak ko. The robber looked like used something inhaled by us that made us asleep deep. About 2-3 days ago, I just learnd this morning that a neighbor in our right was also robbed at the same time. This has been happening in our neighborhood these past days. The robber as seen by others is wearing a hood and bonnet.
I was just hoping that my iPad and other gadgets be recovered. The mini Apple iPad has it’s locator apps, but will not be traced unless it is connected to WIFI/internet. It’s serial no. is F85LHK1CFP84. It’s updated to its latest IOS. I was just wandering if this alert be given/informed to ipad/iphone repair centers, for no doubt, the robber will likely to have it opened, or maybe the buyer, if the gadget is to sold. Thanks. For documentation purposes, I would like to report an incident happened tonight at around 7:45-8:00 pm July 15, 2014 beside Taguig City hall and puregold. A tricycle driver with white plate number of 403 40 73 hit my mother and run away immediately.
